Covid-19 Inside "Outside" Visitation Policy
The following restricted guidelines will be mandated for ALL visitors during their scheduled time for visitation.
Due to the weather changing the Outside Visitation Policy has been altered to a specific inside location at the facility. All guidelines will be mandated for ALL visitors during their scheduled time for visitation.
In order to schedule times for visitation, these rules MUST be followed. If any of the policy guidelines are not followed, visitation will be suspended to the individuals that do not comply. Any questions or concerns can be address to Mandy Coffman, Administrator.

- ALL visits must be scheduled during the following times Monday-Friday 9:00 am- 4:00pm with Erica Kyger. To schedule a visit call Erica at 540-298-0054 or by email at [email protected].
- Visits need to be scheduled at least 2 days in advance. Visitation schedules will be on a “first come, first serve” basis.
- All visits will be limited to 30 minutes only.
- Visits will be available inside the facility in the conference room. Park on the street in front of the facility and come to the door on the porch. Bathrooms are NOT available for use.
- ONLY 2 visitors per session will be allowed.
- Visitors MUST provide and wear masks at all times. Masks must cover the nose and mouth during the entire visit.
- Visitors MUST maintain social distancing of 6 feet at all times and sit in the assigned sitting area.
- NO touching or hugging is permitted during these visits.
- Visitors’ health screenings will be REQUIRED and completed before visitation sessions to ensure the well-being of our residents. If a temperature of 100.4 or greater, any cough, runny nose, chest congestion, or other signs and symptoms of potential COVID, visitation will be cancelled.
- ONLY adults and children 5 years or older will be allowed to have visitation due to mask requirement. Again mask must cover the nose and mouth during the entire visit and all visitors must remain in the assigned sitting area.
- A Journeys Crossing’s staff member will be present during ALL visitation.
